Turkey keeps three suspects in custody in mine disaster problem, charges of negligence.
According to the Turkish penal code, the charges can lead to sentences of between three and 15 years in prison.
During last Saturday mine disaster in Turkey, there were 301 victims were buried. There were 22 people detained
earlier, six people have been released but could face prosecution later. The other 16 people was questioned
continuously.
