English composition: The smell of Bamboo Soup

I like going out to have lunch with colleagues; I am used to ordering Bamboo Soup, because I very like the smell of Bamboo Soup. It is a little sweet, not strong, and it doesn't smell well for many people, but to me, it is the best smell of food.
When I was a child, we planted many bamboos. Besides many work for bamboos, my mother had to get up at AM. 02:30 in order to cut the fresh bamboo shoots. My mother used to cook Bamboo Soup for my family. It took much time to cook Bamboo Soup; it should take more than one hour after the soup boiling, or it would taste bitter. The smell of Bamboo Soup would be full of the air when the soup was boiling, so I could easily smell it when I was at home. Furthermore, it smelt especially sweet when I was after school, because I was hungry and I knew I would have a good meal.
Before I taste Bamboo Soup with colleagues, I am used to smelling it first. It let me remember how hard my mother had worked for my family and the deep love of my mother.

我喜歡和同事一起出去吃午餐。因為我非常喜歡竹筍湯的味道，所以我習慣點竹筍湯。它聞起來有一點兒甜，不濃，而且很多人聞起來並不感覺很好聞！但是對我來說，它是所有食物中最棒的味道了！
小的時候，家裡有種植竹筍。除了一般的工作外，媽媽還要早上兩點半就起床去挖鮮嫩的竹筍！媽媽習慣為家人煮竹筍湯。煮竹筍湯需要花很多的時間，在湯滾後還要在滾超過一個小時的時間，否則嚐起來會苦苦的！當竹筍湯在滾的時候，整個味道會瀰漫在整個空氣中。所以當我在家時，我很容易就會聞到它的味道！由其當我放學回來，因為很餓，而且知道過一會兒就能吃到好吃的竹筍，所以那竹筍的氣味聞起來就特別地香甜！
和同事用餐時，在我喝竹筍湯之前，我習慣先聞一下它的味道。因為那會讓我記得從前媽媽為了家人有多辛苦，以及媽媽深深的愛！
